银行声称贷款行为依然受到缺乏信誉良好借款人的约束,而后者又是拜萎靡的经济所赐。关键数据显示,它们这么说不无道理。毕竟,大企业无不手握万亿美元现金,因此钱并不是让它们不愿投资和雇佣工人的原因。但是,有些(可能是很多)小企业的境况就大不相同了,它们饱受资金缺乏困扰,无法成长,不少还被迫收缩规模。
