欧洲的下一个大错

普林斯顿——在当年架构欧洲货币同盟时,欧洲国家的政治领袖们并没有把所有隐含后果一一想透,这就有了后来的几大设计缺陷。更有甚者,吃一堑却未长一智,如今,他们的后继者正打算用同样的方式打造欧洲政治同盟。
