世界杯与非洲女性

发自内罗毕——当我在25年前呱呱落坠地之时,没几个非洲女性会去谈论足球,甚至有时就是种禁忌。但如今我和我的女伴们却可以高谈阔论了。

我在肯尼亚长大,或许受前英国殖民地的历史影响,身边的同伴们都疯狂地追捧英超联赛,狂热程度之高,甚至导致一位名叫苏利曼·奥蒙蒂的阿森纳队球迷禁不住己队输给曼联的悲愤,用一根绳索结束了自己的生命。而就在今年,又有一名阿森纳球迷在海边城市拉姆一刀捅穿了另一个曼联球迷的腹部。

而肯尼亚女性也非常热爱足球。我本人就是个切尔西队的“粉丝”,其他女伴也跟我站在同一阵线。在球队落败时我们互相安慰,在豪门大战将至时也一起忧心不已,正如英超冠军最有力的争夺者利物浦队的那场,所幸切尔西顺利地拿下了比赛。
