叙利亚的斗争

开罗——叙利亚愈演愈烈的暴力活动和国际社会的无能越来越不协调。但国内势力和外部地区势力在国内流血冲突中所起的作用同样重要。只有当叙利亚能摆脱地区政治的消极影响,才有可能中止暴力活动,实现真正的变革。

叙利亚需要管理好国内各种种族和宗教成分,并确定自身在阿以冲突中的立场。但邻国利用叙利亚的复杂构成实现自身霸权目标的企图为叙利亚实现上述目标增加了难度。

叙利亚毕竟被强大而敌对的地缘势力团团围住。东边是怀揣地区野心、散布反美、反西方言论的伊朗。南边是与美国长期友好、对伊朗伊斯兰共和国抱有敌意的沙特阿拉伯。北边是亲欧洲的世俗民主国家土耳其,这个国家一直寻求在阿拉伯世界发挥自己的影响。
