纽约—很久以前,我曾经办过一个叫做PC论坛的会议。人们会对我说,“要是能坐在比尔·盖茨旁边就好了……”上周,一位朋友在一次会议上把我拉到一旁询问:“有什么好办法让会议更有利于人们会面?”他问,“这和营销一样,好像只有50%的效率。”

他问错了问题。互动必须是双向的:其他人真的想和他会面吗?

为了帮助我朋友精心安排的会议将以失败告终,因为所有人都想会面的人不会前来。事实上,我朋友有权利要求他们的时间吗?他对我说,他其实曾跻身于一个20人的小团体,其中的每个人都是他想见的,但他只设法与其中两人说上了话。我有些担心。难不成我在帮助的这位仁兄是个跟踪骚扰者?
