俄国的复兴

在弗拉基米尔·普京(Vladimir Putin)总统的领导下,俄国的国家复兴和全新自信并不是俄国闭门造车的产物,而是真实地反应了俄国所处的顺利的国际环境。石油和天然气价格令人望而却步,美国深陷在伊拉克和中东问题中无法自拔,而西方世界在如何对待俄国的问题上态度也相去甚远。
