中国 GDP 预计在 2009 年年增长了 8.7%—— 又一次是世界各国最快的增长率 —— 第四季度的增长率达到 10.7% ,而 2008 年的第四季度增长率只有 8.7% 。对其他各国而言,中国有能力轻易地摆脱金融危机, 2010 年如此强劲的增长速度预示着 2011 年的增长也不在话下。

但事实上,保持中国经济增长并不是一件易事。在金融危机发生之初,中国迅速采取的经济刺激政策起到了关键的作用。早在 2008 10 月,也就是危机刚发生之时,为了防止经济进一步下滑,中国政府采取了一系列的政策。由此产生的财政赤字相当于 2009 GDP 3% ,产生了 3% GDP 增长,而 2008 年的赤字理论上几乎为零。
