北京共识的兴起

布鲁塞尔——奥巴马·巴拉克总统在北美以外的第一次露面,即他的伦敦,斯特拉斯堡,布拉格和伊斯坦布尔之行, 引起了全球的关注。但是这次旅程唯一的缺陷是掩盖了一个触目惊心的事实:有关全球经济应该如何运营的“华盛顿共识”已经成为过去。现在的问题是什么可能取代它。
