法国的回归?

发自巴黎——要抹去一个殖民帝国的过去有多难?突尼斯独立至今已有55个年头,而科特迪瓦也独立了51年,但法国却一再在这些国家中扮演着决定性的角色。自然而然地,许多非洲人都不相信法国的举动仅仅是为了保护数千侨民,而更倾向于认为它是为了维护自身的经济和战略利益,但其实所谓经济利益根本无足轻重,战略方面也早已名存实亡了。

奴隶制和殖民主义所称对这些国家所造成的伤害构成了一个影响巨大的历史遗产。虽然这些地方的人民已经独立自主长达数十年,法国依然应尽一个友邦的责任,以防这些国家被法国国际政策所忽略,并要求其采取某种特定的行为模式。
