难民的困境

希腊塞浦路斯人拒绝去年4月联合国秘书长科菲·安南提出的塞浦路斯统一计划,其中的一项重要原因是绝大多数人认为这项计划未能给在1974年土耳其入侵中无家可归的难民以应有的公正。这也是国际公众舆论认识到该岛还存在难民问题的有数几个场合之一,究其原因,已经很少有人知道这场战争中仍然有难民存在。
