俄罗斯政治风格中的偏执

在莫斯科政坛有一个老的说法,那就是美国和俄罗斯的关系在共和党掌管白宫时总是会更好一些。我们是政治家,而共和党人也是政治家。因为我们都相信强权,所以我们容易相互理解。

这一说法的背后隐藏的是偏执的思维定势,因为它表明冷战结束后俄美关系的实质并没有在根本上得到改变;两国之间所存在的敌意是这两个永远无法缓和的地缘政治的对手之间的。俄罗斯似乎只有在他们与世界上的强权直接对抗时才会感觉良好。事实上,俄罗斯总统普京认为苏联的瓦解是“二十世纪最大的地缘政治灾难。”

在这一思维定势的推动下,俄罗斯上层的重要部门极力恶化俄美关系。他们特别是在过去几年中取得了某些成功。克里姆林宫似乎在系统性地寻求阻碍美国,即便这样做似乎并不符合俄罗斯的国家利益。
