“产权社会”的神话

我认为,斯诺的案例提出了极为重要的教训,不仅对于美国而言。就布什当局对国内政策的一贯理念来说, “产权社会”这一思想或信念就是,中介机构,无论是政府、工会还是各公司福利部门,应逐渐放弃提供社会保险的业务。相反,个人应该依靠其自身的资产为其提供退休或严重疾病时的财务保障。产权社会拥护者主张,要奖励人们去计划其未来,并且他们会这么做。
