柏林——人们经常低估伟大的演讲,认为那不过是空话而已。实际上,这些话可以产生巨大的影响。巴拉克·奥巴马总统不久前在开罗对穆斯林世界的讲话显然就属于此类(无论是纯属巧合还是精心选择的时机),因为中东局势从此就变得动荡不安。

奥巴马开罗讲话后,黎巴嫩进行选举,出人意料的是,亲西方政党联盟以明显优势战胜了黎真主党及其盟友。值得一提的还有选举中落败的一方立即接受了失败,叙利亚显然真想与黎巴嫩建立新的友好关系。

现任总统操纵伊朗不久前的“选举”明显激起了一场民变。人们吃惊地看到伊朗政度没有立即选择公开信息,迅速全面地提供由它单方面掌握的投票的事实数据。毕竟,如果马哈茂德•艾哈迈迪-内贾德总统真的以2:1的优势比例获胜,那就没什么值得害怕的。但实际发生的情况却恰恰相反,而对此仅有选举舞弊这一种解释。
