20年后重组的教训

米哈伊尔·戈尔巴乔夫重组20年后,人们开始为普京总统领导下俄国缓慢的改革进展感到忧伤。但可能有其它结果吗?现在的局面其实不足为怪,因为动荡的戈尔巴乔夫和叶利钦时代已经让国家不堪重负,因此谁又能责怪俄国人对改革持有的厌倦情绪?

但如果俄国想重新强大,就需要进一步的改革。但在新一轮的改革开始之前,必须理解关乎俄国政治能力的一些基本原则。
