戈德斯通大逆转

纽约——理查德·戈德斯通法官因判决指出以色列在2008-09年加沙战争期间政策性地故意把巴勒斯坦平民作为攻击目标而受到很多以色列人权记录捍卫者的指责。以联合国为后盾的戈德斯通报告指控以巴双方均犯有战争罪,并呼吁交战双方对己方人员进行调查、起诉和惩罚。
