20国峰会的下一场考验

本月即将召开两场20国峰会,首先是在韩国釜山的财长峰会,随后是多伦多的政府首脑峰会,目前,世界大国们的经济政策正从财政刺激转向财政紧缩,不过,不是所有人都对此表示认同。

就在釜山会议之前,美国财长盖特纳反对所谓“一个普遍的,无差别的统一调整方案”,强调应奉行“配合私营经济的复苏步调的渐进方案”。但其他国家财长们不同意盖特纳的观点。他们强调“持续公共财政投入”和“财政稳定措施”的必要性。应该采取分阶段地退出战略;在本次会议上,重获平衡的论调不太会受到重视。
