发自巴黎——王尔德曾说过:所谓经验,只不过是我们给错误所取的名字而已。去年我们尝试去分析那些导致整个世界陷入金融危机的失误,而如今也是时候分析一下我们在找出前者的过程中另外犯下的失误了。

当危机的严峻程度在去年充分暴露出来之时,许多人都认定政府应对危机的手段将极为拙劣,但至少我们该庆幸至少还有人出手去应对危机。与1930年代不同的是,决策者们反应相当迅速,把那些反对政府过早干涉市场的教条抛在了脑后。

此外政治家们也意识到,与两次世界大战中间的那段时期相比,他们需要更紧密的国际合作。于是在2008~2009年间G20的影响力不断增大而G8的号召力则逐渐萎缩。人们都意识到必须实现真正的全球治理,最终也制定出一系列方案将这种治理变为现实。
