欧元区将现通胀分歧

欧洲中央银行监管理事会定于4月7日展开讨论,人们预计这一讨论将会进一步升级。亚洲新兴国家的通货膨胀日益凸显,这一风险将会使银行内部通货膨胀的支持者与尽快恢复全民就业的支持者之间的抗衡加剧。由于欧元区内部各国通货膨胀率不尽相同,因而各国将重新单独对利率进行调整,进而可能引发更严重的分歧。

造成这一分歧的根本原因在于德国及比利时市场上从中国和其他东亚新兴国家进口的产品所占的份额远远大于其他南欧国家。例如,2009年德国从中国进口的贸易总额接近630亿美元,相当于法国,希腊,意大利,葡萄牙和西班牙的总和。中国贸易的地位举足轻重,德国GDP增长中国贸易所占的比重是其他国家的2倍。
