欧洲的贸易恶赌?

巴黎—欧盟和美国开始谈判自由贸易协定——正式名称是跨大西洋贸易和投资伙伴关系(TTIP)——标志着欧盟和世界贸易的重要转折。这还增强了双方近几年来不再依靠多边贸易政策的趋势。对于美国来说,这也许是正确的方向,但对欧洲来说,这可能造成巨大的麻烦。
