入籍考试的道德问题

普林斯顿——是否具备入籍资格真能通过考试来决定吗越来越多的国家特别是欧洲国家似乎认为这个命题是成立的。

过去十年中各种各样的移民测试和考试迅速发展壮大——而同时应该考核哪些问题也引发了越来越大的争议。不久前刚刚披露的“英伦生活”测试试图将排队的习惯灌输给移民,这样做引来了很多嘲笑和愤怒。

负责考试事务的英国内阁大臣辩解道“遵守秩序排队的行为虽然简单,但却是我们这个国家团结的保障。新移民必须学会排队,无论是坐公交车还是买杯茶,这一点非常重要。”这听上去简直像是出自蟒蛇喜剧团的台词,但却提出了一个重要问题:准公民在接受测试的时候究竟有没有限度?测试会不会起反作用?
