黎巴嫩战争的环境后果

在任何一场战争中,人们关注的焦点都是那些死亡、负伤和流离失所的人。在笔者撰写这篇文章的时候,由于以色列对黎巴嫩发动攻击已经造成800名黎巴嫩人和120名以色列人死亡—这样的比例在阿拉伯和以色列的冲突中是很正常的。据联合国预测,流离失所的人将会超过一百万,而其中黎巴嫩人有约80万。
