单边主义的诅咒

美国认识到它在伊拉克的战争失败了或许是2006年的国际政治中最最重要的事件。美国单边主义的时代已经一去不复返了。美国的外交政策是否会遵循这一事实,还有待时间观察。

一个世界强权国家的伟大来自于它塑造世界的能力。如果一个世界强权国家忘掉了这一事实,或者失去了相应行动的能力,那么它的衰落就开始了。这很容易让人想起美国巨大的冷战对手苏联,十五年前的这个月它突然消失了,把它的特洛伊木马留给了美国,就是被毒素浸染的单边主义的礼物。
