世界需要金砖国家什么

美国剑桥—2001年,高盛的吉姆·奥尼尔(Jim O’Neil)提出了著名的金砖四国(BRIC)一词来形容世界上最大的四个发展中经济体——巴西、俄罗斯、印度和中国。但是,十多年以后,这四个国家的唯一共同点是它们是仅有的位列世界前15大经济体(经购买力平价调整)但又不属于经合组织成员的国家。

这四个国家的经济结构大相径庭:俄罗斯和巴西依赖商品,印度依赖服务,中国依赖制造。巴西和印度是民主国家,中国和俄罗斯肯定不是。此外,正如约瑟夫·奈(Joseph Nye)所指出的,俄罗斯是衰落的超级大国,而中国和其他两国(略为不如)则处于崛起之势。

但是,金砖国家——最初四国在加上南非——做了一个有趣的模仿,它们召开自己的定期会议,制定自己的政策方案,形成了一个集团。迄今未知,它们最雄心勃勃的努力是成立一家开发银行。
