可持续发展目标为何重要

罗马—指导2000—2015年全球发展政策的千年发展目标(Millennium Development Goals,MDG)取得了巨大的进展,在此基础上,全世界政府正在讨论2016—2030年的可持续发展目标(Sustainable Development Goals,SDG)。MDG关注结束极端贫困、饥饿和可预防疾病,也是联合国历史上最重要的全球发展目标。SDG将继续致力于消灭极端贫困,但也会加上保证更平等的发展和环境可持续性等挑战,特别是遏制认为导致气候变化这一关键目标。
