中国的韩国未来

丹佛——美、中、俄、韩、日就朝鲜核野心展开谈判的所谓六方会谈时断时续,这常常被奉为多边外交的实例。其实,在营造环环相扣、相互关联的区域双边环境过程中,各国正依托六方会谈解决朝鲜核问题等诸多问题。

尤其对中国人而言,六方会谈是对邻国增进了解的好机会,而且无疑有益于中美关系。但中韩关系或许是六方会谈机制强化的最重要的双边关系。六月底韩国新总统朴槿惠访问北京会晤中国新任主席习近平充分表明会谈惠及中韩关系。

中韩两国当然并不陌生——东亚地区背负着沉重的历史包袱。但得益于六方会谈创造的官方合作模式,中韩关系即将发生变化。
