丹佛—2月10日,韩国总统朴槿惠宣布将对朝鲜的最新核试验和火箭发射做出反应,关闭开成工业园。开城工业园是仅存的朝鲜半岛大型南北合作项目。朝鲜领导人金正恩对此的反应是没收所有园区内韩国资产,勒令生活在其中的248位管理人员在几小时内收拾个人物品离开。

不久后,一位韩国国民大会议员向我解释了朴槿惠的决定。“有一个新范式,”他说,“再也不会有人相信朝鲜会放弃核武器了。”

这一新范式的全部意义成为人们关注的焦点还需要一些时间。与此同时,有一件事已经明确无疑:韩国正在进入未知水域,需要国际社会的支持。
