缅甸沉默的日子

布拉格——在未来几天里——也许是几个小时里,缅甸的命运、5000万缅甸民众的命运将会发生改变。今天的危机已经酝酿了很多年。但没有人确切地知道反抗缅甸军事独裁的公开叛乱会在什么时候爆发。

对于缅甸事态的急速发展,除少数几个国家外,恐怕多数国家都会感到意外,没有做好准备应对危机。因此它们似乎对危机的爆发毫无防范,对应该采取的对策也茫然无知。

这种情况已经在多少地方发生了多少次?更糟的是,有多少国家干脆选择将注意力从这个亚洲国家移开,对这里如死一般的寂静视而不见,听而不闻。
