欧洲应该监管主权财富基金么?

WIESBADEN—来自海外的受国家掌控的投资—即所谓主权财富基金(SWFs)—现在是个颇具争议的话题。美国和法国公开表示了对此的担忧。在德国,争论的焦点也是关于SWFs对该国未来的政治和经济意义。
