事实上,答案很简单:借用犹太人大屠杀的词汇描述以色列的罪行是欧洲特色的摆脱犹太情节的方式。“犹太大屠杀,”托马斯·肯尼利(Thomas Keneally)在《辛德勒的方舟》(Schindler’s Ark)写道,“是一个非犹太问题,而不是一个犹太问题。”或者,如精神病医生兹维·瑞斯(Zvi Rex)的名言所说,“由于奥斯维辛,德国人永远不会原谅犹太人。”
