伊拉克希望终于幻灭

从萨达姆·侯赛因三十余年残暴统治被推翻的那一刻起,10年时间已经过去了。伊拉克人在萨达姆倒台后的梦想是建立繁荣民主的全新伊拉克。几乎所有人都希望与国内民众及周边国家和平共处,并制定宪法保障基本的人权与法治。

但美国和盟国并未制定关于伊拉克未来的清晰计划,更谈不上后萨达姆时代的明智政策。他们宣布伊拉克为被占领国并接受美国任命官员的管理,而此人则迅速决定解散所有安全、军事和媒体机构。他还执行了清除复兴党的法律,在未经法律程序批准的情况下驱逐任职的复兴党党员,为宗派主义及最终的群体暴力动荡打下了基础。

中东地区麻烦不断却对世界至关重要,上述不幸(最终甚至是灾难性)事件为中东核心战略国伊拉克奠定了动荡的主基调。伊拉克在之后痛苦的十年里经历了管理不善的所有阶段,国家的破裂彻底粉碎了伊拉克人的梦想。他们眼睁睁看着自己心爱的祖国再次滑向独裁,看着违宪行为成了家常便饭。世界似乎只是无奈地冷眼旁观。
