لندن- ان روسيا تقدم وجهين متعارضين للعالم : احداهما يتسم بالتهديد والوعيد والاخر لطيف والان اجتمع الوجهان بشكل غير متوقع من اجل وقف الزخم الذي كان سيؤدي بالولايات المتحدة الامريكية وربما بعض القوى الغربية الاخرى لتدخل عسكري كارثي في سوريا.

ان الوضع الداخلي الروسي ما يزال يبعث على الأسى . لقد اثبتت روسيا بعد انهيار الاقتصاد الموجه سنة 1991 انها ليست دولة متقدمة بل دولة تمت اساءة ادارة مسار التنمية فيها بحيث اصبحت غير قادرة على بيع معظم منتجاتها في الاسواق التنافسية.

وعليه تراجعت روسيا الى الاقتصاد القائم على السلع الرئيسة بحيث اصبحت تبيع بشكل رئيسي الطاقة بينما سعى علمائها وفنيوها الموهوبون للحصول على وظائف في الخارج وتراجعت الحياة الفكرية فيها. ان من غير المفاجىء ان يكون الفساد متفشي في روسيا وهذا الفساد يعتبر عامل طرد للاستثمار الاجنبي ويكلف البلد بلايين الدولارت سنويا.
