普京的连胜

成都—自去年夏天俄罗斯入侵克里米亚以来,西方一直依靠经济制裁和国际孤立战略迫使克里姆林宫不再支持对东乌克兰叛乱的支持。但俄罗斯总统普京最近的一系列外交成功——特别是与伊朗、朝鲜和巴基斯坦关系的成功——让这一战略无功而返。

诚然,普京在上个月的布里斯班G-20峰会上无人搭理,澳大利亚东道主和西方领导人在双边会晤中纷纷谴责普京侵犯乌克兰主权、制造与西方经济伙伴的不和。普京早早离开了峰会,放言西方制裁给欧洲经济体造成的伤害比俄罗斯更大。

但普京没有被吓住,而是开展了与作为西方主要安全顾虑的国家的重大外交活动,加强了俄罗斯的外交优势,并强化了其对其最重要(尽管仍然虚与委蛇)的伙伴——中国的价值。普京在最近的访问中表示,他的政府将致力于确保俄罗斯不会在新铁幕的背后被国际孤立。
