普京的连胜

成都—自去年夏天俄罗斯入侵克里米亚以来,西方一直依靠经济制裁和国际孤立战略迫使克里姆林宫不再支持对东乌克兰叛乱的支持。但俄罗斯总统普京最近的一系列外交成功——特别是与伊朗、朝鲜和巴基斯坦关系的成功——让这一战略无功而返。
