国际货币基金组织(IMF)成立于二战后,旨在帮助各国避免经济政策上的失误。正是这些失误导致了二战这场灾难。在过去的60年里,该组织的职责随着世界经济的发展变化而增加。当我在一年多以前加入该组织时,明显感到我们的成员国对它仍然有着强烈的需求。我因此就开展了一项针对该机构在世界经济中的作用和它应该如何改变的研究。
