油价问题根本不存在快速解决方案。高价格反应了供给和需求的基本条件。世界经济——特别是中国、印度和亚洲其他地区——一直在快速增长,因此导致全球能源需求剧增,尤其是在电力和运输领域。而石油、天然气和煤炭的全球供应量无法轻易跟上经济发展的脚步,就连新能源储量的发现也改变不了这种状况。而且在很多地方,随着原有油田的枯竭,石油供应量正在迅速下降。
