改革日本的宪法

“改革要毫无敬畏”是小泉纯一郎五年前成为宰相时候的口号,现在没有任何东西能比我们的“和平”宪法来的更为神圣。所以,当小泉第二个也是最后一个任期快接近尾声的时候,他力图改革宪法以使日本更有效地保卫世界和平的努力也加快了步伐,对此我们不该感到诧异。

四月中旬,日本众议院宪法研究委员会发表了关于日本宪法所面临的基本问题的最终报告,并提交给众议院议长。很快参议院将提交它的最终报告。此外,执政党自民党(由小泉领导)与其反对党民主党之间正在就宪法改革展开具体讨论。

私营机构和媒体出版物,诸如深具影响力的《读卖新闻》也加入了这场讨论。自民党打算在今年十一月庆祝该党五十周年派对之际完成他们的宪法修改草案。
