普京的最后阵地

华盛顿—4月2-4号,北约将在其新成员国罗马尼亚的首都布加勒斯特举行有史以来最大的一次峰会。难以置信的是,北约竟然邀请了它最尖锐的批评者,俄罗斯总统普京与会。自2002年以来,他将第一次现身北约峰会。他的出席是北约的尴尬,更是俄罗斯的耻辱。

在布加勒斯特将要讨论的两个最重大议题是是否邀请阿尔巴尼亚、克罗地亚和马其顿加入北约,以及是否向乌克兰和格鲁吉亚提供启动所谓“成员资格行动计划”的申请。这些问题应该由北约成员国,而不是局外人来决定。
