信任的盈利能力

米尔顿•弗里德曼(Milton Friedman)——盈利导向型企业管理方法的主要倡导者,有一个著名观点:“企业该做的经营就是经营好企业自身(the business of business is business)”。事实上,从这个角度来看,利润最大化和公共利益之间并不存在矛盾。追求利润本身就是一个对社会有益的目标。

而我所坚持的观点与此对立,其概念基础则构建于哈佛大学经济学家迈克尔·波特(Michael Porter)的共享价值创造理论之上。实际上,我撰写的系列文章都推崇将利益相关者概念应作为当下理解企业社会责任管理的框架。
