参与创造亚洲

新德里——亚洲外交动态正在随着经济动态的发展而发展,特别是在安全领域。事实上,我们正处于前美国国务卿艾奇逊在其回忆录中所说的“参与创世”的阶段。艾奇逊用这个词来描述二战后全球安全秩序的构造。如今,处于创造中的是反应了亚洲在世界事务中的新主导地位的安全秩序,不过这一秩序最终会是什么样子还远未可知。
