波兰的双重麻烦

世界上很多人似乎都对波兰现在由一对长相一模一样的双胞胎兄弟——总统莱赫·古钦斯基和总理雅罗斯瓦夫·古钦斯基掌权的事实感到非常有趣,他们一开始是作为童星而成名的。他们俩确实迷人,但是他们所代表的政治力量更令人感兴趣也更令人担忧。

自从2005年秋季以来,古钦斯基兄弟领导了一个由保守派和民粹主义加上一点民族主义、由波兰家园联盟(LPR)所代表组成的联盟。波兰的右翼上次掌权是在1997年,在此前是1990至1993年间。后共产党民主左翼联盟(SLD)在1997年选举中下台,尽管在其统治期间保持了五年的经济繁荣和失业率的快速下降。尽管民主左翼联盟的支持率依然很高,但还是为此前各自为政的右翼党派的暂时联合所击败。

然而,1998年繁荣消失了。右翼政府遭遇了连续数年的经济停滞和爆发性的失业增长。因为无法抵御经济下滑,右翼政府在2001年又一次被民主左翼联盟领导的政府所取代。
