网络还是叛乱?

特拉维夫——在以色列总理内塔尼亚胡看来,巴勒斯坦青年“孤狼”对犹太人发起的持刀攻击应该完全归咎于巴勒斯坦权力机构和伊斯兰网站的煽动。内塔尼亚胡显然希望以色列和世界民众相信,如果这些网站上传的是萌猫视频,巴勒斯坦人就会停止煽动,平静地接受占领。

巴勒斯坦人确实已被激怒,但激怒他们的恰恰是以色列的行为——占领导致巴勒斯坦民众权利遭受到永久性的破坏。除每天在检查站所受的屈辱外,巴勒斯坦人还亲眼目睹以色列定居者毁坏他们的庄稼和橄榄树,甚至放火焚烧了约旦河西岸的一所住宅,导致三名家庭成员被烧死,丧生者中还有一名蹒跚学步的小孩。再加上以色列军队经常深夜突袭民宅寻找“恐怖嫌犯”和以色列定居点的残酷扩张,巴勒斯坦人显然不需要上网寻找愤怒的理由。

颇具讽刺意味的是所有人当中,居然是内塔尼亚胡指责有人煽动叛乱。就在1995年拉宾总理为实现以巴和平被刺身亡的前几天,内塔尼亚胡还在面对高举海报的集会民众大声演讲(海报上绘着拉宾身着纳粹党卫军制服的画像),这样的所作所为难道就不算煽动?内塔尼亚胡年初曾试图鼓动犹太选民、警告“左翼大巴车正成群结队运送阿拉伯人参与投票”,这难道就不算煽动?
