奥巴马的中东计划

耶路撒冷——在前任政策彻底摧毁了美国在全世界所保持的仁慈的超级大国的形象以后,当选总统巴拉克·奥巴马的中东计划如人们所愿地偏离了布什总统通过“建设性的混乱”来解决地区问题的宏伟计划。但不幸的是,奥巴马包罗万象的承诺可能被事实证明同样地不切实际。

奥巴马制定了一份激动人心的计划。其中包括摆脱伊拉克沼泽,把这项负担清除出美国的外交政策,在面对“鹰派”以色列游说的同时,化解严重恶化的以色列-巴勒斯坦冲突,通过对话方式遏制伊朗的核野心,让叙利亚远离它的极端计划——凭借这些措施瓦解该地区的“邪恶轴心”势力(伊朗-叙利亚-真主党-哈马斯)——从叙利亚的控制中解放黎巴嫩,推动以色列-叙利亚实现和平。在此基础上,还可以重新分配美国的军事力量,给阿富汗战争问题以更多的关注。
