让黑钱无处藏身

发自巴黎——在如今这种艰难时世,有一条原则必须和那些占据媒体头条的高赤字和缩减计划摆在同等重要的位置,而这条原则可以浓缩成一句话:“每个人都必须遵守规则。”

全球金融危机已经证明了人们是无法容忍那些欺诈者的。而自从危机爆发之后, G20成员国在法国(以及美国)的推动下开始呼吁更完善的管制,政府治理以及问责机制。消灭那些纵容逃税,洗钱以及资助恐怖主义的“避难天堂”,同时还要消灭那些推行所谓“宽松金融管制”的地区。

这些原则恰恰是发达国家民众所愿意看到的。须知在当今的困境之下,资金就是最要紧的东西。
