金融新规则终于到来

    巴黎报道——76年前的1933年6月,世界货币与经济会议在伦敦举行,与会的66个国家的首脑齐心协力地商讨着如何终结如火如荼的货币失调与贸易战争,并同时总结着大萧条给人的教训。会议结束之时,协商也以失败告终。

    2009年4月2日,世界首脑们将再次前往伦敦为金融与经济危机寻找解决之道,而这次危机的可怕程度堪比1929年的那次。我们无法让历史再次重演。如果各国对危机都无动于衷,那么我们就面临危险,即重返20世纪30年代大萧条时的政治与经济的悲哀,那次危机最终让世界陷入一种毁灭性的冲突之中。

    当然,我们必须采取以近乎于处理紧急事件的姿态来同时对衰退的经济与金融市场的动荡进行回应。这也是刺激措施与金融拯救计划在欧洲、美国与亚洲的一些大国在第一时间被相继采纳的原因。
