不结盟运动在伊朗

新德里——如今的不结盟运动(NAM)已经算不上一个真正意义上的运动。冷战结束后,不结盟运动已经分裂成由古巴、朝鲜、委内瑞拉等国的左派政权,以及波斯湾的沙特阿拉伯、巴林、卡塔尔等保守君主制国家组成的更加异端的组织。因此难怪意识形态领域的不和谐言论严重破坏了该组织不卷入世界超级大国纷争的初衷。

于是今天的不结盟运动还没有找到确定的宗旨和原则。现在看来,没有彻底瓦解已经是它唯一的安慰了。

尽管地位已经大不如前,但最近在德黑兰举行的不结盟运动首脑会议却吸引了世人的关注。有人质问为什么要在德黑兰举行首脑会议?但这种质问只招来了仍利用组织俯视超级大国者的反驳。“为什么德黑兰就不行?”他们的反唇相讥非但没能安抚那些质问者,反而激起了他们的怒火。
