暴力时代

巴黎——全球问题很少能一眼看透。但总体而言,仔细分析问题的方方面面能在某种程度上理解个中原因,从而制定出相对有效的解决办法。事实上,定期分析此类问题也恰恰是我身为专栏作家的满足感所在。但最近相对有效的解决方案越来越难以实现了。

简言之,世界许多地方都深陷冲突,而且摆脱的希望不大。乌克兰亲俄分裂分子和警方之间的暴力冲突只是该国安全局势恶化的最新迹象。叙利亚仍然深陷残酷的内战不能自拔。以色列和伊朗因伊朗核计划造成的紧张态势,加之延续数十年之久的以巴冲突——导致中东地区动荡局势进一步恶化。该地区十国合起来已经是全世界最大的武器市场,每年的新增采购武器甚至比中国还多。

马里、中非共和国、南苏丹和索马里等一些非洲国家都被卷入无休无止的内战,民众连饮水都有困难,更不要说享受学校、医院和其他社会基础设施了。尼日利亚的伊斯兰民兵组织博科圣地(其实就是冠冕堂皇的犯罪团伙)给先知带来耻辱,他们以他的名义绑架了200多名女学生用来贩卖或强迫她们提供性服务。
