墨西哥能源改革得力

墨西哥城—墨西哥在未来十年中很有希望成为拉丁美洲经济明星。墨西哥政府最近对能源部门的改革将降低制造业成本,直接有利于经济表现。在北美自由贸易协定(NAFTA)框架下,由此带来的制造业竞争力提升有望大幅提振墨西哥经济增长。
