重振美日同盟

纽约——面对越来越高调的中国和朝鲜半岛的持续紧张局势,日本首相安倍晋三此次访美提供了重振美日长期双边同盟的一个绝好机会。

半个世纪以来,美日同盟一直是亚洲及世界和平、安全和稳定的基石,日本也一直是全球公民的表率。其他亚洲国家成功仿效了由日本开创的经济增长模式;日本还积极参与全球经济发展并参与联合国和其他多边机构(包括拨付远超其所应承担比例的联合国经费);并参与环保及可持续发展全球标准的制定工作。

安倍抵达华盛顿之际,日美两国都面临亚洲紧张局势升温等重大的国内和国际挑战。中国飞机近几个月多次侵犯东海的日本领空,而且中国海军舰艇曾对日本驱逐舰和直升机锁定武器定位雷达。
