首尔—世界新兴经济体似乎正在失去活力。几年前面临全球经济衰退时恢复力满满的国家,如今面临着诸多挑战,反映在GDP增长的大幅降低中。新兴经济体增长引擎熄火了吗?

从2000年到2007年,新兴和发展中经济体年增长率平均为6.5%。更加令人印象深刻的是,从2008年到2010年,当发达经济体陷入衰退或复苏如履薄冰时,它们成功保持了5.5%的增长率。事实上,在这段时期末,平均增长率为相当健康的7.5%。

但随后增长开始放缓,2015年年增长率下降到4%。甚至连最大、最有活力的新兴经济体中国,去年增长率也达到了1990年(6.9%)以来的最低水平,预计今年减速之势还会加剧。如今,许多人认为新兴经济体即将进入增长放缓的“新常态”,它们作为全球经济主要推动力的日子一去不返了。
