基加利—20年前的这个星期,针对卢旺达图西族人的种族大屠杀开始了。这是历史上最残暴、效率最高的屠杀狂欢。在国际社会的袖手旁观下——国际社会完全有能力干预,但不愿采取行动——一百多万图西族人和其他人在屠杀暴行中丧生。我也失去了很多家人。
