巴黎—我们这一代最深刻的经济危机已经进入了第七个年头,大部分经合组织国家表现仍然低迷。今年,世界发达经济体GDP增长率预计为2%,而全球为3.2%。2016年也好不到哪里去,经合组织产出增长预计为2.5%,而其他地区GDP增长率预计为3.8%——接近危机前平均水平。

但全球经济的总体长期前景相当黯淡。许多经合组织国家社会面临老龄化,而大型新兴经济体的赶超增长开始减速,预计全球GDP年均增长率将从2010—2020年间的3.6%下降至2050—2060年间的2.4%。

如此下降也许难以避免,但程度可以减轻。实施政策以刺激和奖励长期投资将是走出当前危机、提振世界增长潜力的关键。
